The first essay is Zaynab Baygum's response to supporters of unveiling. It seems that this was first published in Istakhr periodical in 1926. At the beginning of the manuscript, there are some verses and poems about marriage and marriage contracts. Parts of this article are written in form of debate between a Naturalist (Tabiʻi) and Divinist (Ilahi) and between Isfahani and Mahjurah. After Zaynab Baygum's piece, the scribe brings some poems from Iraj Mirza. The second essay is Sanad al-saʻadat. Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad Khalil Tajir (merchant) from Shiraz, sells half of a farm in Fars province to Amir ‘Abd Allah in exchange for some sugar lumps and two thousand dinars. In addition, Amir ‘Abd Allah is responsible for spending an annual amount of fifty tumans, for seven years, on hiring a trustworthy person to perform prayers and fasts on Khanum's behalf.

Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. Settlement between Layli, the daughter of Muhammad Vali Bayg, and Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, in which she settles all of her belongings--clothes, dishes, cash and bonds, properties, and household furnishings--for some salt and pennies in order for Mirza Muhammad ʻAli to spend 11 tumans for taʻziyah and 10 tumans for prayers [to be said for her] after her death. Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn.
